FAQ
Yes! We are 100% official and registered with the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker RI).
If your data is not registered in TemanK3 Kemnaker, we will refund your money in full.
The private course is conducted in one day, lasting 4 hours.
Is that enough? Yes, it is! Participants who have taken the private course from scratch for 4 hours can already perform basic tasks.
If you wish, you may extend the course duration for an additional hourly fee.
The private course will be held before the Forklift Operator License (SIO) training date.
You will learn:
- Introduction to forklifts and all their parts
- Insights on safety when operating a forklift
- Practice moving forward in a straight line
- Practice moving backward in a straight line
- Practice turning
- Practice zigzag maneuvers forward & backward
- Practice lifting & lowering loaded pallets
For beginners, after completing the Private Forklift Course, you will proceed to the Forklift Operator License (SIO) Training.
The SIO Forklift Training spans 3 days, with the following schedule:
- 2 days online
- 1 day offline for the theory and practical exams.
If you are not a beginner (experienced), you do not need to take the private forklift course.
Day 1: Learning the technical aspects of forklift operation safety
Day 2: Studying the applicable regulations and legislation related to safety & forklift operators
Day 3: Theory exam & practical exam
No, there isn't. However, we have a special WhatsApp group for alumni.
In this group, job vacancy information and referral-based opportunities are frequently shared.
You don't need to worry about finding a job, as you will be part of Khazhen's network of 4,000 alumni across Indonesia.
The Forklift Operator License (SIO) is issued directly by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker RI).
The issuance process for the SIO Forklift takes approximately 2-3 months.
However, there's no need to worry; on the last day of training, you will receive a Certificate of Completion (SKL), similar to a school completion certificate when the diploma hasn't been issued yet.
You can attach the SKL training certificate when applying for jobs.
NO, YOU CAN'T!
This is a regulation from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker RI).
Anyone who wants to obtain a Forklift Operator License (SIO) MUST attend the SIO Forklift Training.
Unfortunately, you cannot do that.
You can pay a booking fee to secure your seat, but you must settle the full payment 7 days before the training date.
The location for the SIO Forklift training and the private course is in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia.
